Well my experience is pretty similar with the SB1 and I'm very positive that almost any surface device can take an undervolt in the range of -70mV to -100mV on the CPU core. It's kind of a weird workaround and I'm not certain it would work on every Surface Pro so I'd like people to try this and report back. Obviously, undervolting is no longer possible with CPU voltage control disabled. Hopefully I can get 8-9 hours runtime compared to the 6-7 hours I'm getting now.
